Tirupati, September 25, 2026: Mohan Babu University (MBU), recognised among India’s premier institutions and as the Best University in Andhra Pradesh, has partnered with PhysicsWallah (PW Skills), its career-skills platform, to strengthen students’ transition from classroom learning to the workplace. As AI reshapes job roles and workforce requirements, the collaboration will give students greater industry exposure, hands-on learning and structured career preparation, helping them build the technical and professional capabilities needed to navigate an evolving employment landscape.
The partnership comes at a time when the gap between education and employment remains a national concern. The Human Capital for Viksit Bharat report puts youth employability at 54.8% in 2025 and highlights a 63% talent shortage reported by Indian companies. These trends point to the growing need for stronger alignment between what students learn and what employers seek.
Under the partnership, MBU students will gain access to an industry-oriented learning experience with PW Skills, combining practical training, live projects, exposure to current tools and technologies, and sessions led by industry experts. The programme will also cover soft skills, aptitude, domain and role-specific preparation, and interview readiness, equipping students with a broader set of skills for the workplace.
The programme will follow a two-teacher mentorship model, with industry experts bringing real-world perspectives and MBU faculty mentors supporting students through the learning journey on campus. Spanning three semesters, the programme will complement students’ academic education with applied learning and exposure to industry practices. Students can choose from career-focused pathways across Data Analytics and Data Science, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Full Stack Development, and Digital Marketing.
