These initiatives are designed to enhance communication skills, analytical ability, and overall professional readiness among students.
Speaking on the achievement, Ayush Kumar, Managing Director, NDIM, said, “This placement season reflects a deeper shift in what industry values today. Employers are increasingly prioritising candidates who bring practical skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to adapt to dynamic business environments. At NDIM, our focus has been on building these capabilities early through experiential learning, industry exposure, and skill-driven education. The outcomes we are seeing today are a result of that consistent approach. While placements are an important milestone, our larger goal remains to prepare students for long-term careers and evolving industry expectations.”
With the placement season still ongoing, NDIM expects further participation from recruiters in the coming months. The institute continues to emphasise industry engagement, practical learning, and skill development, ensuring that students are well equipped to build successful careers while also contributing to India’s growing startup ecosystem.
