Valedictory Session of Bharat Shiksha Expo Celebratory Conclusion of India’s Premier Education Event

Greater Noida, April 26, 2025: The three-day Bharat Shiksha Expo 2025, Organized by the India Exposition Mart Limited with the support of the Department of Higher Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh and Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA), concluded today at Knowledge Park II, Greater Noida, with an overwhelming response of over 1 Lakh registered visitors comprising students, parents, educators, and industry professionals. The valedictory session was graced by Dr. H. Chaturvedi, Director General of IILM University, as Chief Guest, alongside Prof. Dinesh Sharma, Member Secretary of UP-SLQAC & Nodal of Bharat Shiksha Expo 2025, Higher Education Department, Govt. of UP; Prof. (Dr) Avadhesh Kumar, Pro Vice Chancellor, Galgotias University; Mahip Singh, Head-Innovation Hub UP, AKTU and other distinguished dignitaries.

Participants included top institutions from the Delhi‑NCR region – Galgotias University, GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, GLA University, Sharda University, JSS University, SRM Institute of Science & Technology, IIMT Group of Colleges, KITE group of Institutions, Institute of Management Studies, Gautam Buddh University, GNIOT, IEC group of Institutions, Ishan Educational Institution, TERI School of advanced studies, The institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Indian Institute of Packaging, Delhi Technical Campus; IIT Kanpur and IIT Madras; Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University and Integral University, Lucknow; Bharatiya Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune; and Mind Power University, Bhimtal, Uttarakhand. Three international universities—Grigol Robakidze University (Georgia), Kursk State Medical University (Russia), and Whitworth University (USA)—also showcased their programs. Adding to the appeal, the Footwear Design & Development Institute and the National Institute of Fashion Technology (Govt. of India) hosted dedicated stalls. The second edition has attracted more than 100 exhibitors from higher education, Skill education, Start Ups, Study Abroad, Edu-products, Loans and Scholarships categories.

Speaking at the session, Dr. Chaturvedi highlighted how the coming decade will be transformative for the education sector in India. He emphasised that initiatives like Bharat Shiksha Expo are laying a strong foundation by bringing together top universities, start-ups, educators, and students under one roof. He noted, “This year there was notable participation, including 15 start-ups presented by AKTU, alongside leading Indian and international universities—showcasing the vibrant future of education.”

Dr. Chaturvedi went on to praise Noida and Greater Noida’s Knowledge Park as the perfect hub for higher education. “The India Expo Centre & Mart provides world-class facilities,” he observed, “hosting national and international exhibitions, conferences, and educational forums that elevate our academic ecosystem.” Affectionately calling Bharat Shiksha Expo a “Mahakumbh of Education,” Dr. Chaturvedi applauded the organisers, exhibitors, and awardees for their dedication and vision. He then distributed prizes to the winners of the Quiz competitions and awards to the exhibitors.

Among the many highlights of the closing day were the Creathon and Quiz award ceremonies, where Dr. Chaturvedi personally felicitated the champions. In the Day 3 Quiz final round, seven teams—Bharat Ram Global School, Greater Noida World School, Pragyan School, Ryan International School, Bal Bharati Public School, KR Mangalam World School, and Kothari International School—battled for top honours. Ultimately, Ryan International School claimed first place, with Bal Bharati Public School as runners-up and Kothari International School taking third spot.

Free education and career counselling sessions were availed by over 600 students, while Creathon events (Ideathon, Hackathon, Startathon, Codethon), Robo Race and Robo Soccer, drone shows, IT demonstrations, and interactive workshops on nature and robotics collectively engaged approximately 3,000 students. And about 100 students participated in singing competition held with the support of T-Series Stage Works Academy. Through experiential learning, innovation showcases, and expert guidance, Bharat Shiksha Expo 2025 reaffirmed its role as India’s premier platform for shaping the future of education.
