In the wake of the Covid 19 pandemic, Greenwood High International School is hosting a unique digital inter-school Sports and Cultural Fest, Ignite 2020, with a series of events spread over two days on November 7 & 8, 2020. This Fest comes after several months of lockdown and through these testing times, our purpose remains unchanged. Reborn through live-streams, innovation, and connections forged across the new platform, Ignite 2020 will electrify students of Bangalore, and set ablaze the spirit of competition. The events will be live-streamed for viewers who can watch the fest from their homes and on their screens, just a few clicks away.
Committed to stay connected and collaborate through the virtual world, Greenwood High is organising over 30 events grouped under 10 categories ranging from art and music to sports and tech. The fest, which will redefine boundaries, spark creativity and reignite the flame of talent among students, is a platform for students to help them explore their potential for not only themselves, but also society at large. The events at the fest will include: Revolution – Moot court jury, Mode Dans Fall- Fashion event, Scott’s Improv- Stand-up Comedy, Pop Culture Quiz, E-Gaming, Code Phoenix-hackathon, Calm before the storm – Poetry, Film Festival- Short movie making, Debate, Breaking the record, Diverse Extravaganza – Singing and instrumental, MTV Music Video competition, Commerce and entrepreneurship event, Dance event, Design, Art and Drama events and Online sports like fitness, basketball amongst others.
