President Draupadi Murmu Presents National Award to Sarthak Educational Trust on International Day of Persons with Disabilities

New Delhi, December 08,  2023 :   Sarthak Educational Trust, a pioneering organization dedicated to empowering persons with disabilities (PwD), has been conferred with a prestigious National Award 2023 as the Best Private organization, NGO Category (Divyang Sashaktikaran Hetu Sarveshrestha Sansthan ) by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD), Government of India on the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities i.e. 3rd December.

 The President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu was the Chief Guest marking the ‘International Day of Persons with Disabilities’ organized by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan), Union Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment on 3rd December, 2023 at Vigyan Bhawan in New DelhiUnion Minister for Social Justice & Empowerment Dr. Virendra Kumar presided over the function, while Ministers of State for Social Justice & Empowerment Shri Ramdas Athawale, Shri A. Narayanaswamy and Ms. Pratima Bhoumik graced the occasion.

The GRC will be inaugurated on Sat. 9th Dec 2023 in Gurugram.
